Introduction of excavator sliding arm
A sliding arm is a type of excavator attachment used to extend the reach of the excavator arm. This attachment is used when extra reach is needed to access hard-to-reach areas that the standard arm of the excavator cannot reach.
The excavator sliding arm is mainly divided into upper and lower parts, the upper part is a movable sliding body, and the lower part is a fixed body. A powerful telescopic oil cylinder is used to extend and retract the movable sliding body.
The upper part of the excavator sliding arm has a cylinder assembly and a piston rod. The cylinder assembly is mounted to the fixed body, and the piston rod is connected to the movable sliding body.
